Smoothie bowls are a such fun snack! Not only do you get to eat delicious foods but you also can get very creative with your design. We created this Tropical Blend Smoothie Bowl for a giveaway we hosted in January 2019! Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for your chance to win our products.   • 1 Cup Cape Cod Select Tropical Blend
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Water (use more if needed)
  • 2 tsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • Sliced Banana & Frozen Fruit for Topping!


Blend, 1 cup of Cape Cod Select Tropical Blend, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and honey. Smoothie base should be thick, add more coconut water if needed.
Pour smoothie base into two bowls.
Top with pumpkin seeds, almond butter, and more fruit!
Helpful hint! Warm almond butter in microwave in 30 second intervals until very smooth and almost liquid. It makes for a better drizzle!
