Cranberry & Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

History

Days get hot during the summer months around Cape Cod so we wanted to create a recipe to cool us down. What cools you down better than a popsicle? Not much! These popsicles are made using our premium frozen cranberries, vanilla greek yogurt, and not much else! Keep scrolling for the full recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 - 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until mixed well. Try a sip! Too tart? Add more honey. Too sweet? Add more cranberries.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Don’t have any popsicle molds? You can use any cup you have around the house,just remember to add a popsicle stick!

Freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.

When ready to eat, run popsicle mold (or cup) under warm water to loosen the popsicle from the mold.
