Cape Cod Cranberry Chutney
Versatile and Delicious!

Serve cold over warm brie, warm over cold brie, as a spread, or as a side for pork or chicken.  Also tastes great served over ice cream!

4 Cups Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries (or 1 package of Cape Cod Select Cranberries Plus Apples)
1 lg. tart apple
½  Cup sugar
½  Cup honey
1 Cup water
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepot.  Bring to boil stirring constantly.  Reduce heat; simmer for 15-20 minutes or until apple is tender and mixture thickens.
