History

The Cape Cod Select team loves a good smoothie. And we’re are always finding ways to incorporate cranberries into our daily diets. So when we decided to create new products it was without a doubt we needed a tropical blend – perfect for tasty smoothies!
The sweet pineapples, mangoes and bananas help balance the powerful tartness of cranberries. Who said healthy can’t taste great too?

This recipe is a favorite for kids and adults alike! We love to show off our products at local festivals and events. We’ve been to countless events with little ones excited to ride our smoothie bike. But they’re not always so excited about the idea of the tart cranberry bite on their tongues… Until they try the Tropical Smoothie of course! The tropical fruits, vanilla yogurt, and honey help sweeten the smoothies for a kid friendly flavor.

The Tropical Smoothie is a great family recipe. Starting the day with a smoothie full of fruits, especially cranberries, help boost Vitamin C, Fiber, and Antioxidants. You can easily add protein and vegetables too for a well rounded smoothie for those picky eaters at home.

They’ll never know how healthy it really is!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries Plus Pinepple, Mango, Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey (if desired)

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
